SmartAppealTool currently supports select counties in Texas, including Dallas County and Collin County, and St. Louis County in Missouri.
2. No Legal, Tax, or Appraisal Advice
SmartAppealTool provides informational tools only.
The Service does not provide legal advice, tax advice, appraisal services, or professional representation. Users remain responsible for reviewing all generated materials and determining whether and how to submit any tax appeal.
Use of the Service does not create any attorney-client, tax advisor, or appraisal relationship.
3. No Guarantee of Results
SmartAppealTool cannot guarantee any reduction in property taxes or success in a tax appeal.
Property valuation outcomes depend on many factors, including county processes, available evidence, and local review decisions.
Any analysis, recommendations, or estimates generated by the Service are informational and should not be interpreted as guaranteed outcomes.
4. Public Data Sources
SmartAppealTool relies on publicly available property records and other data sources. These records may originate from county appraisal districts, assessor offices, and other public datasets.
We do not control the accuracy or completeness of these external data sources.
5. Account Responsibilities
When creating an account, you agree to:
- provide accurate registration information
- maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
- use the Service only for lawful purposes
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
6. Credits and Payments
Certain features of the Service may require the purchase or use of credits.
Credits may be used to unlock additional analysis or generate appeal documentation.
Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. SmartAppealTool does not store full payment card information.
All purchases are subject to the pricing and billing terms displayed at the time of purchase.

- use automated systems to extract data from the Service
- use the platform for fraudulent or unlawful purposes

9. Limitation of Liability
